Well, maybe not yet, but I'm hoping it will be more happy. I got my "accident" for the year out of the way, so hopefully no more!!
I was holding onto Rachel's doorframe (where the hinges are) and she shut the door. I broken 2 bones in my pinky and one bone in my ring finger. I figure it could had been worse--and been in my right hand--but it's not. It's the left. We thought we would have to cut my ring off, but we got it off with dish soap and a torniquet. Since I'm allergic to narcotics--I'm living on 4 Ibuprofen and Tramadol. Not working too well. I'm also on an antibiotic because of the risk of infection due to my fingers wer cut open and we don't need a bone infection! I'm more mad that this happened to me than anything. I was in the process of starting to paint Jacob's bedroom. I guess it will be another 6 weeks until I do that.

Oh, dear, dear, dear. How will you type on Facebook? I'm so sorry to read about this. But you're right. maybe it's out of the way for now.
