Well, because it looks so obivous (the RIGHT foot is bruised, even though you have it on the lefthand side of the picture) I'd say the other one. Official answer: I think his RIGHT foot or ankle is broken.
Now I have a question for you: How did you take that picture? How can you get the left and right feet up there at the same time in that position? Is this a photoshop deal? :-)
